III. Ordering

1. What data do we collect?

When you place an order in the app, we collect the following personal information from you:

User data: name, address, email address.

WhatsApp data: Content of the chat history, chat partners, images shared in the chat history, videos and photographs, time history of the chat.

Payment details: Credit card information, i.e. the name of the holder, expiry date, security code, type of credit card, credit card number.

2. How do we process your data?

Your user data is stored in the app on your phone and not on our servers. You can edit the desired chat in the app on your smartphone. Only when you click on “Order” will the processed chat be encrypted and sent to our servers. At the same time, you can also select details about your order and enter your name, address and payment information.

3. To whom do we transfer your data?

We only transmit your data in order to provide you with our services, i.e. our service providers. Your clicking on “Order bubbleprint” will trigger the following processing steps regarding your personal information:

Transmission to our servers:

The desired chat, so the print file, as well as your address and name are transmitted to our servers. Our servers are hosted by the Amazon Cloud. The data will be deleted within 24 hours.

Transfer to print service provider:

The print file, your name and the delivery address will be sent to our print service providers in Europe. These assign the print job to their printing partners who will send the final book to you. Print service providers will delete this data after up to 90 days to ensure the book has arrived and the transaction is completed.

Transfer to payment service provider:

Your payment will be processed simultaneously by our payment service provider in Ireland. The payment service provider stores your name, address, ordered product, price and payment information.

Transfer to mail service provider:

The order will be reported to the interface manager in the US, who will then be able to submit the information to our mail service provider in Europe. This concerns your name, address, the ordered product category as well as the price of the product, so that you receive an order confirmation.
